Вторая женская гимназия
Построена в 1893 году. В 1920-х годах большевики размещают здесь строительную профшколу. Именно здесь учился конструктор ракетной техники академик Сергей Королëв. В 1930-х годах в это здание въезжает холодильный институт, а в 1960-х — фабрика мороженого «Полярная звезда». После распада СССР разваливается и «Полярная звезда, а вслед за ней и само здание, которое сейчас уже практически превратилось в руины.
