Строительство стелы «Крылья Победы» на площади 10-го апреля
Стела возведена в честь города-героя Одессы к 40-й годовщине освобождения в 1944 году. Монумент выполнен как стилизованное изображение крыла чайки, хотя увидеть в нем крылья невозможно. В народе стелу тут же назовут «градусником» и «мечтой импотента».
