After the annexation of Crimea. Russia considered the entire south-eastern part of Ukraine as new regions of the Russian Federation. Odessa, by the Kremlin idea, had to become Odessa People’s Republic, but it didn’t turn out at all the way it was planned by the Kremlin officials. continuation

Вторая женская гимназия
Построена в 1893 году. В 1920-х годах большевики размещают здесь строительную профшколу. Именно здесь учился конструктор ракетной техники академик Сергей Королëв. В 1930-х годах в это здание въезжает холодильный институт, а в 1960-х — фабрика мороженого «Полярная звезда». После распада СССР разваливается и «Полярная звезда, а вслед за ней и само здание, которое сейчас уже практически превратилось в руины.
