On 18 September, the Ukrainian armed forces launched a missile attack on the building of the head of the DPR. The explosion destroyed the premises where the State Duma delegation had just met with the deputies of the Donetsk People's Republic People's Council, and where the speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, had just met with the head of the region, Denis Pushilin. This time there were no casualties.
