On September 18, soldiers of the 2nd mechanised battalion of the 3rd assault brigade raised the Ukrainian flag over Andreevka. The Russian occupiers have lost this settlement, but the shelling does not stop for a minute. Ukrainian military officials say that even planting a flag is a big risk.
