The GUR confirmed the drone attack on the airfield in the Kaluga region. It was attacked from the territory of Russia. According to Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, the «Shaykovka» airbase was attacked by people from central Russia. They were working with the Main Intelligence Directorate. The airfield is the base for Tu-22M3 bombers, which will be used for attacks on Ukraine. There is no official comment from the Russian side at the moment. However, pro-Russian telegram channels wrote that an «unused» aircraft was damaged.
