23 July Russia strikes with cruise missiles «Caliber» at the Odessa commercial port (harbor with grain). This is the most massive strike on the city since February 24th. Four missiles arrive in Odessa, two are shot down by air defense, two hit the target. The pumping station and the civilian hydrography boat are destroyed. Fire didn't lead to detonation and subsequent explosions, which indicates the complete absence of any ammunition at this place. This missles strike not only made the inhabitants of Odessa nerves (explosions are heard throughout the city!), but also hits remnants of the reputation of Russia itself: the whole world once again sees that the word given by Russia is not worth the agreement's paper. There were no deaths from the Russian strike. The blast wave knocked out the windows in the building of the Odessa Art Museum, located not far from the place of arrival of Russian missiles. This «incredibly accurate» strike cost Russia $26 million, as each Kalibr missile costs $6.5 million.

А в это время...
Минобороны РФ окончательно путается в своем вранье. В первые часы после удара Россия уверяет Турцию, участника договора о разблокировании украинских портов, что это не российские ракеты. На следующий день к утру Россия признает, что это была она, но стреляли в катер. Ближе к обеду катер превратился в склады с американскими противокорабельными ракетами «Гарпун», а сам катер подрос до корабля. Ну а ООН, как обычно, выражает глубокую обеспокоенность и заявляет, что технически этот удар не противоречит подписанному договору.
