A number of beaches in Odessa are open to holidaymakers
On 12 August, the authorities of Odessa opened access for holidaymakers to: Caleton Beach; Inclusive Beach; Municipal Beach on the 14th Fountain; "Caviar" Beach; "Seagull" Beach; Municipal Beach on the 10th Fountain; The season is coming to an end, and Odessa residents have been banned from the sea for the second year in a row. So the mayor, together with the new head of the Odessa region, and with the support of the owners of restaurants by the sea, managed to get permission for some beaches. For the mayor, Gennady Trukhanov, and the new governor, Oleg Kiper, it's a karmic plus for their positions, but for the restaurants it's understandable. They promise to add to the list of new open beaches as soon as they are ready. People are allowed on them from 8:00 to 20:00.
