ИО градоначальника Одессы — Томас Кобле

Ришелье решает, что пора вернуться во Францию и на свое место ставит, в должности ИО, очередного иностранца так же сделавшего себе карьеру в рядах российской армии — это друг Ришелье англичанин Томас (Фома) Кобле (англ. Cobley). Память о нем в Одессе сохранилась в названии улицы и села Коблево, виноградники которого (да, это все начинал именно Томас) до сих пор славятся своим вином.
