25 Russian «Shahed» drones attacked Reni and Izmail ports

On 3 September, the enemy attacked Shahed-136/131 UAVs from the south and south-east (Cape Chauda, Crimea and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia). A total of 25 attack UAVs were launched, attacking the southern regions of the Odessa region, in particular the towns of Reni and Izmail. The Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that 22 UAVs were destroyed. As a result of the attack, which lasted 3.5 hours, port infrastructure was hit, causing a fire which was quickly extinguished by firefighters. There are preliminary reports of two injured civilians who have received medical assistance. more

Night attack by Shahed drones in Ukraine

On the night of 16 August, the Russians attacked the port and industrial infrastructure of Reni with two waves of Iranian Shahed drones, damaging and destroying a lift, warehouses, granaries, administrative buildings and agricultural equipment. The missiles were launched not only from Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation), but also from Cape Chauda, south of Feodosia Bay (Crimea). There were no deaths or injuries as a result of the enemy attack. more
