Missile attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol

Missile attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol
Address: Ukraine, Crimea, Sevastopol, st. Voronina, 2
On September 22, during a meeting of the Russian military, several Storm Shadow cruise missiles hit the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol. This attack was preceded by a massive drone attack. In general, many populated areas of Crimea are attacked again that day, but the attack on the headquarters overshadows everything. At first, the Crimean authorities try to pretend that nothing happened and that all the missiles were shot down, but the more information about this attack comes out, the harder it is to lie to the authorities. Judging by the dozens of ambulances seen on the streets, there was not just one death, as the Sevastopol authorities claim, but many more. It is interesting that the impact of several missiles was so accurate that people passing by the headquarters building were not harmed at all, even the glass in the windows of neighboring houses remained intact. Local telegram channels write about at least 30 wounded from the headquarters building, who were taken to hospitals. For the Russian Federation, and especially for Putin, this missile strike is tantamount to spitting in the face. Russian propaganda is so stunned that it is simply speechless for several hours. more

During the night, the SBU and the Navy launched a large-scale attack on the Saki military airfield in occupied Crimea

During the night, the SBU and the Navy launched a large-scale attack on the Saki military airfield in occupied Crimea
Address: Ukraine, Crimea, Novofedorivka village
According to UNIAN's SBU sources, there were at least 12 Su-24 and Su-30 fighters and «Pantsir-S1» on the airfield at the time. There was also a training base for Mohajer UAV operators, who use it to coordinate their own airstrikes, as well as a combat drone. The attacks were carried out by drones, which overloaded the Russian air defence system, and Neptune missiles were then launched. As a result, the occupiers' equipment was badly damaged and Russian cable channels reported at least 30 dead Russians. more

Ukrainian experimental maritime drones - «Sea Baby» - attacked the Russian ships «Sumum» and «Vasily Bykov»
Address: Ukraine, Crimea, Sevastopol Bay
On the morning of 14 September, Ukrainian naval drones attacked and damaged two Russian patrol vessels, the «Vasily Bykov» and the «Sumum», near the Bay of Sevastopol. Ukrainian «Sea Baby» drones hit both ships, causing significant damage and slowing them down. The Russians had to tow the «Sumum» for repairs, with a large trim to the stern and a list to starboard, which was soon confirmed. The «Vasily Bykov» could not hide from witnesses of her brave tow back to Sevastopol harbour. more

In Crimea, near Tarkhankut, the Russians blew up the sunken ship «Ibrahim-Yakim»

In Crimea, near Tarkhankut, the Russians blew up the sunken ship «Ibrahim-Yakim»
Address: Ukraine, AR Crimea, Tarkhankut
On 16 September, in occupied Crimea near Tarkhankut, the Russians blew up the remains of the «Ibrahim-Yakim», which sank in 2010. All that remained of the once huge ship was the superstructure, which housed the captain's bridge. The depth of the seabed at this site is no more than 10 metres. It was a popular spot for divers. Why the Russians blew it up is anyone's guess. Perhaps it served as a reference point for the Ukrainian forces during the attacks. more

On the night of the 13th of September, the Ukraine launched a combined attack on the ship repair plant in the occupied Crimea in Sevastopol. The attack took place on one of the most heavily protected objects in the Crimean peninsula. In addition to 10 missiles and three drones, several naval drones are also involved in the attack. The strike hit the dry dock where the «Minsk» landing ship and the «Rostov-on-Don» diesel submarine were located. As a consequence, the Russian landing ship was almost completely destroyed, the submarine suffered a little less damage, but it will not return to service soon, if ever. Drone strikes on Russian ammunition dump in occupied Crimea
Address: Ukraine, Crimea, Oktyabrskoe village
On 22 July, Ukrainian drones attacked a large Russian military warehouse near the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Krasnogvardeysky district of occupied Crimea. The explosions are so powerful that the local authorities decide to evacuate the population within a 5km radius and stop all trains and vehicles. All this for a whole day. The authorities keep quiet about the losses, but two months later the parents of the missing Russian conscripts raise a howl - the children are gone. This is how the death of 9 Russian soldiers that day became known. more

Ukraine for the first time officially recognises the strikes on the bridge over the Crimea

Ukraine for the first time officially recognises the strikes on the bridge over the Crimea
The head of the SBU, Vasily Malyuk, told CNN: "The «Sea Baby» drone used is the result of months of development that began immediately after the Russian invasion. He said: "Surface drones are a unique SBU invention. None of the private companies have anything to do with it. With the help of these drones, we have recently succeeded in destroying the bridge in Crimea, the large landing ship «Olenegorsky Gornyak» and the tanker of the «SIG» company," said Vasily Malyuk. more

Krymsky/Kerch bridge again under rocket fire - everything is in smoke and nothing is clear

Krymsky/Kerch bridge again under rocket fire - everything is in smoke and nothing is clear
Address: Ukraine, Crimea, Kerch Strait
On the 12th of August, the Krymsky or Kerch Bridge - you won't understand what it's really called - was once again shelled by something heavy. The authorities of the occupied Crimea reported an attempt to blow it up with an S-200 missile converted into a drone, but the brave Russian air defence thwarted all attempts. This may well be the case, given that the traffic on the bridge was open again an hour after the attack. The Kremlin has vowed terrible revenge for this spit on Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin's pride and joy, the bridge. more
